By accessing or using Bar Feud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Bar Feud reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Bar Feud provides a subscription-based interactive game platform designed for use at bars, restaurants, and similar venues. The Service allows subscribers to host Family Feud-style trivia games for their customers. Bar Feud is intended for use by business operators and venue owners.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@barfeud.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Bar Feud offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a billing error has occurred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
You agree to use Bar Feud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to host content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the Service.
You retain ownership of any custom questions or content you create within the Service. By submitting content, you grant Bar Feud a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as part of the Service. Bar Feud reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bar Feud does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bar Feud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Bar Feud has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at admin@barfeud.com.
